It`s perfectly positioned in the heart of town, only 2 minutes walk to the arboretum, the entrance to the stunning and dramatic Pearl Beach to Patonga bushwalk, tennis courts, bowling green, second kids playground and open grassy area perfect for playing cricket or kicking a football. You will also find Umina, Ettalong Beach and Woy Woy are only a 10 minute drive away offering plenty of cafes, restaraunts and activities for the family to do.
Master bedroom contains a king bed.
Bedroom 2 and 3 both contain queen beds.
Bedroom 4 contains a queen bed and 1 single bed.

Fantastic house for family group
Loved our stay in this house. Plenty of room for everyone. Beautifully renovated and decorated. Everything you could need in the kitchen to produce and present a great family meal. The only negative I would have is that due to the open design of the house once someone is up and about everyone knows about it. You either all sleep in or no-one does.
Would definitely stay again if the occasion arose. Easy stroll to beach and cafe.
