Check-In/Check-Out: Please collect your keys from our Woodgate Beach First National office at 146 Esplanade, Woodgate Beach. Keys can be collected anytime between 2:00pm and 4:30pm Monday to Saturday and 1:00PM to 2:00PM Sunday. If you are arriving after hours, please phone our Woodgate Beach First National office and we can arrange for the keys to be left in our afterhours lockbox.

Lovely view and close to the beach in a quiet area. With the online listing we were unsure if we had a ground floor or first floor apartment when we booked. This did cause some confusion for us.We loved the area and the unit was perfect for our stay.

We enjoyed our stay at 1/10 Poinciana Court—it’s a great spot for a coastal escape for two! The location is fantastic, just a short stroll to the beautiful Woodgate Beach and close to National Park. The outdoor patio was a lovely feature, perfect for unwinding in the fresh sea breeze. The property was clean and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. While bringing our own linen and consumables required a bit of planning, it was a pleasant surprise to see what helpful bits and pieces were left behind by previous occupants. A wonderful choice for a couple looking for a peaceful, beachside getaway!
