Situated a few minutes from Sherman’s point, our home offers 4 bedrooms (3 up, 1 down), 3 full baths, almost 5 acres to roam, 2 docks, 2 canoes with paddles, fire bowl and stunning views of Hay Bay in both directions. Come to swim, fish, or just relax on the massive rear balcony overlooking the water.

Clean, spacious. A gem!!Having 2 canoes and kayaks were great! Both docks are about a 5 minute walk on either side from the house, neither are very swimming-friendly unless you’re okay to swim in buggy weedy water, more favourable for boating.Lots of privacy and huge yard. We saw pretty much nobody else the entire time. We were able to roam around without our hijabs on most of the property.Communication with host was great. Ryan was happy to answer our million questions .Basement living space was basically a self contained apt with kitchen, bathroom, sprawling living/dining/hallway. Tap water has a distinct sulphur smell, we found it best to stick to water cooler bottles provided.Main floor kitchen: Spacious, hi tech fridge/ freezer.Windows are not covered but the property is quite secludedThe property lawn is enormous, flat enough for play on one side, while the other side is steep, so need to be mindful with kids. Cell phone data was spotty and wifi sometimes went on the blink. Just a note that the host does have a camera set up on the front drive.

The cottage was better than expected! Spacious and well equipped. Loved the huge deck across the whole back of the main level. We enjoyed many meals there.The complete lower level was a bonus. Beautiful lake views.The property is several acres so there is lots of privacy.Ryan was a great host and accommodated our needs very well.

Volledig gerestaureerd huis, genieten in de buitenlucht

Mooi huis met heel veel ruimte. Heerlijke omgeving in de natuur en op het water. Ongeveer 20 min van winkels en restaurants, maar dat is het helemaal waard. De host reageert heel snel en denkt overal in mee. Een tochtje op de kano was ook super!
