Great location. Cool building. We were able to park and walk to everything we needed. Bring a firestick if you want to watch sports. Netflix included was appreciated.
Host was very prompt with replying and details about the property were laid out very well. I was unable to make my full stay and the host was both professional and understanding.
The location is great with plenty of visitor parking and underground parking. The hallways are outside which doesn't make it ideal for cold weather or mobility issues. It was clean, but there could be a deeper clean done and a few more dishes provided. Overall though it is a bright spacious condo ideal for family.

The place was spacious and very well heated/cooled. I would definitely stay again. It was ideally situated for us.The place was surface clean but could do with a deep clean
Overall, it was good stay. Choice of location was fitting for our needs. Good security and comfort. Inderground parking a bonus and convenient. Proximity to Southgate Mall was another bonus . To improve, Condo needs utenzils and frypan and pots. Overall, great location and owner was very responsive. The open layout is a good design.
The apartment is bigger than it looks in the pictures. Other than that, the pictures are a accurate representation of the apartment, nice and bright. The location is great, walking distance for groceries, liquor stores and restaurants, as well as easy to get to off the Whitemud freeway. The kitchen is well stocked, however some plates that can be microwaved and smaller bowls would be better. Not deal breakers, just things to make meals easier. It was nice to have the insuite washer and dryer, as we were there for over 5 weeks. The building is very quiet as is the area outside. The underground parking was an added bonus, especially in the winter. It was surface clean upon arrival, however a good deep clean is needed, under beds etc. Again, not a deal breaker. Arrival instructions were clear and easy to follow, and Markus was very receptive to emails, answering quickly to inquiries. We would definitely stay here again.
Lack of clarity for keys and directions. Most VRBOs that we have stayed in provide a information manual. There are 4 buildings in the apartment complex. Manual could include maps with directions to which garage door to use, where are the elevators to access your building, which fob to use to open garage door, which fob to use to open doors to elevator, etc. It is not always intuitive.
Not clean - bottle cap in sink, wet (not just damp) towels on bed (so I [re]washed them), no top sheets on beds (so had to find and wash them), dirty toaster (so I cleaned all of the crumbs out of it), drink rings on coffee table (so I cleaned it), broken blind in living room, mold in bleach and fabric softener dispenser in washing machine. Blind in main bedroom had no handle/string so couldn't open it. Not enough pillows, so bought new ones and brought them home with me. Main bedroom bed was hard and lumpy so had to sleep on the couch (my spouse can sleep on anything, so the bed was passable for him, but I had a really sore back after the first night and hardly slept, so the 2nd and 3rd nights I slept on the couch). Dirty sponge to wash dishes, so I bought my own. Plates were not microwave safe.
