Boca Vista Harbor is a small, deluxe property. Built on the Charlotte Harbor with wonderful views of the Bay and Boca Grande, Florida. The property offers a large, heated swimming pool, club house and spacious sun decks. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom plus den condo offers beautiful views of the Charlotte Harbor, and waterfront gazebo. The condo consists of a modern kitchen, comfortable living area, two bedrooms, Master bedroom has a king bed, and the Guest bedroom has a king bed, and a large, screened lanai. The living room and the den each have a sleeper sofa. There is a television in each bedroom and one in the living room. The condo is nonsmoking, sleeps 8, and does not allow pets.

Fire hazard

We were told when we checked in that an electrician had been in to fix light in foyer. When we got there , that was about the only light that worked. Major electrical problems. Light and fan would come on and go off in the middle of the night, no internet, no tv and the sulfur smell was unbelievable! We couldn’t take a shower because the smell was so bad. The unit had not been rented for 2-1/2 months. I don’t think anything had been checked before our stay. We were afraid to stay there between the smell and the electrical issues.
