The property is situed in olive grove of 4.500 m2 , with private pool and BBQ, enjoys full sun all day, overlooks Soller . Sóller and Port de Sóller just 3 kms . Nice chillout! The house has three separate areas outside for you to relax in. Beautiful views over Soller. No neighbours but close to everything. Internet access wi-fi free. It is a perfect place to celebrate family holidays for a group of friends o couples . Relax in the comfortable 4 terraces having a dinner al fresco, with barbecue and enjoy the pool and the traditional character of the house.
The house is suitable for children, since access to the stairs and terrace are closed by protective barriers. Fantastic location for winter with nice fire place. Air conditioning and heating in all rooms.
Close to the beach of Puerto de Soller (3 km). Close to shops and restaurants. Amenities and only very shorts drive (five minutes).

Lovely property!

A fantastic stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was everything it said in the add and more. Humi, the hostess was helpful and great. we arrived late and she had bought us breakfast, very kind and thoughtful. Great view, clean, nice details and comfortable beds. You need a car which we knew. We highly recommend it and hope to come again!

Séjour très agréable dans un bel environnement

Des vacances très agréables. La maison Es Pomeret est belle, calme, confortable, à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur, à l'écart du village tout en étant proche. Elle est idéale pour des vacances entre amis, avec décor de nature et de montagne, piscine et très jolie vue sur Soller. Très bonnes relations avec Humi la gérante, disponible et réactive.

Dejligt hus i fantastisk område.

Vi havde en virkelig god ferie i Humis hus. Huset ligger skønt med udsigt til bjerge og by. Flere områder udenfor med mulighed for at spise og slappe af. Billeder i annoncen lever op til virkeligheden. Ingen skuffelser, kun god oplevelse. Desuden god modtagelse af Humi i huset da vi ankom.

Påskeferie

Vi var 9 gæster (3 børn og 6bvoksne) som havde fornøjelsen af at bo i Humis hus. Det var et meget velfungerende hus, som opfyldte alle vores behov. Vi kan klart anbefale andre til at booke dette hus. Vi blev bl.a. budt velkommen af Humi med en flaske Cava og lokal kage.

Heerlijke woning

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in dit geweldige huis. Het huis ligt mooi in de bergen, het heeft een volledig uitgeruste keuken en verschillende leuke zitplekken. Zwembad was prima. De eigenaar is zeer gastvrij. Wij kwamen met een late vlucht en de gastvrouw bood aan om boodschappen voor ons te doen, wat wij dankbaar hebben geaccepteerd. Daarnaast stond er voor ons een welkomst drankje klaar.

Wonderful villa in the hills

We were two families with young children. This villa was ideal for what we needed. Humi was very helpful with the check in process. The house was clean and very well equipped. The pool was perfect and cleaned weekly. Couldn’t ask for more and would definitely recommend.

Perfect!

We had a wonderful time in Soller in Humi’s house; she made us feel welcome and dealt with any queries we had, promptly and with a smile! The house is spacious, clean, very well equipped, with a beautiful pool and incredible breathtaking views over the mountains. Our week flew by and we really hope to be able to visit again!

2 week holiday in a beautiful house

My wife and I were lucky enough to travel in these difficult times and spend two weeks in this beautiful house. It was well equipped, the pool and BBQ were fantastic and the views from the house are just stunning. We made our way to a great supermarket (Agromart) by foot sometimes and Sollér is just a 30 minutes walk away as well in case you don't want to take the car. Humi was a lovely host and we could contact her with any questions we had. Overall one of the best stays we had in Sollér (it was our 5th time) because the house is just great and Sollér is still reachable by foot. We cannot wait to come back!

PERFECT!

The house was super clean and comfortable! We traveled with 2 families and we had a baby with us. Humi was taking care of the babybed and put it in a bedroom before we arrived. We really appreciate that! The house was really great, especially because the house had two levels. Every family had there own space and because of that, the baby slept really good. Everything was super clean en we slept really good in the house! The only thing I can mention is that there are many motorcycles drive past in the nearest road. That was a bit noisy sometimes. We definitely come back soon!

Aussen Bereich, Lage und Betreuung 5 Sterne!

Die Finca an sich, vor allem der Außenbereich, ist einfach nur gigantisch und super sauber und gepflegt und toll ausgestattet. Die Betreuung von Humi vor Ort hat 1000 Sterne verdient. Der Pool und die Terassen sind mega perfekt und die Aussicht auch. Die Lage wird leider massiv beeinträchtigt durch die massenhaften Motorräder und völlig durchgeknallten Auto-Rennfahrer, die sich zu jeder Tages und Nachtzeit auf der Ma10 ein Rennen liefern - Das trübt die an sonsten Traum Lage irgendwann doch...leider :) Die Schlafzimmer unten sind etwas feucht und muffig, der obere Hauptbereich ist tadellos und super eingerichtet.

We are very sorry that your stay coincided with the international sporting events of the "Pujada Puig Major" that are held annually on this road in October. This year, also due to the situation caused by the Covid, we as owners did not expect that such an event was going to take place, in fact it has been held without publicity and without public, that is why we did not notify them. We have been informed after reading your comment, remember that we do not live in Sóller. We have also learned that in addition to this event, there have been small racing organized by the Escorca City Council. Regarding your comment that you could smell like humidity, it is the first time someone has told me, it is possible that as it was raining for a few days, and the same condensation in the rooms can be confused with said smell. I'm sorry you had these inconveniences ... Regards Humi

Beautiful House In the Mountains

We had a great 2 week stay here. Property was spotlessly clean with beautiful garden/pool area. It was also lovely inside with a nice lounge, new kitchen with large fridge freezer, modern bathrooms and lovely bedrooms. It felt so safe and secure. Plenty of places to relax outside. Everyone could have their own space. The views of Soller and the mountains were incredible. Enjoyed barbecuing in the evenings when staying in, but it is also possible to walk to Soller or Port for nice restaurants getting taxi back. Humi was a great host. She met us at the house to show us around and then left us to our privacy. She was also very understanding and flexible in relation to the uncertainty of travel regarding COVID-19. She also left us delicious cake and wine on our arrival which was a nice surprise! Would have no hesitation to stay here again. Thankyou Humi

Fantastische Finca mit super Ausstattung in absolut traumhafter Lage

Wir haben in dieser Finca einen unserer schönsten Sommerurlaube verbracht. Das Haus ist perfekt und liebevoll ausgestattet, so dass uns an nichts gefehlt hat. Zudem war es sehr sauber. Das besondere Highlight war der gesamte Aussenbereich, insbesondere der Pool mit einzigartiger Aussicht auf Sollér. Die Grillecke haben wir täglich genutzt😊 Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr herzlich und fürsorglich. Die Schlüssel- und Hausübergabe hat auch spät abends wunderbar funktioniert. Und Humi war jederzeit für uns erreichbar... Fazit: Wir kommen wieder...

nice house, many nice terasses

Very practical house with different bathrooms and 4 different terasses to sit in/out of the sun. Great little swimming pool, perfect for kids! Nicely located close to Soller and Fornalutx and the mountains walks of the Tramuntana peaks. Great hospitality from the owners, very easy to reach by phone. We recommend the place. Only drawback is probably that you cannot easily reach the house with public transport, so a own/rental car is required.

It saddens me to hear this, and you know it's not true. I checked the house after the ladies cleaning, and everything was very clean. You can read the reviews of the other customers, and it is said that the house is very clean. You were here two weeks and you told me absolutely nothing! We were talking on the phone a few days after your stay to do and told me that everything was fine. Why do you say it now and not when you arrived? It is unfair not to be able to defend against this, and I do not understand the reason why you send this review saying this, I do not understand the truth. I insist again that I was with the cleaning women to check the house and everything was clean.

Lovely house with lots of outside space

The house is really nice and very clean. Pool was lovely and regularly maintained and we enjoyed all the outside spaces. The view across Soller and the surrounding mountains is a joy. Air con was very welcome on some scorchingly hot days. The house has an upside down design. Two bedrooms and a bathroom are on the ground floor but you enter the house via the front door which is up some steep steps across the balcony. On the top floor is the living area, dining space, kitchen and main bedroom and bathroom. The main bedroom is compact but there is a wardrobe and two bedside drawers for all your holiday bits. The bathroom is just like a posh hotel! There are internal stairs down to an alcove utility area and the ground floor bedrooms. Families with younger children or mobility issues would need to take care with the number of stone steps around the property. The kitchen is very small but it has absolutely everything you would need and it was fine to produce simple meals in. There is a TV with English channels but we didn’t use it. Wifi was excellent. The Ma10 road runs just below the house - you will hear traffic noise, especially motorbikes - but it didn’t really intrude on our relaxation. If you want complete silence though, you won’t get it here. You can’t hear the road in the house. Humi was great - she showed us where everything was in the house, including when and how to feed the resident sheep, left some fabulous wine and ensaimada and then allowed us to treat the house as our own. Soller and the surrounding area are great. There are good supermarkets and plenty of local restaurants to try. You will need a car though - and the sharp incline up to the house takes a bit of getting used to. We loved our stay and would recommend the house wholeheartedly. Thank you Humi!

A very Enjoyable Stay

Nuni is an excellent host with a very generous welcome pack. Any problems are dealt with quickly and efficiently. As others have said the strength of the property lies in the excellent out door facilities. The pool is lovely as are the dining and sitting areas. Nice bedrooms and bathrooms. The interior is a bit dated with small kitchen area which makes cooking a bit difficult and the fridge is small if you are trying to cater for 6 people. A car is essential as you cannot really walk anywhere but its only 5 minutes to the town or the port of Soller.
