Host was very welcoming and informative. Place was spacious and immaculate. One comment I would have is that the main bedroom doesn’t have a closet. But it does have adequate drawer space and there are closets in the other two bedrooms. We would definitely stay here again.

Extremely peaceful stay. House is roomy with everything you need for your stay. Only a couple minutes from the main drag in Madison with all the restaurants and shops. Large and lush yard.

Fantastic

We had a wonderful time and were impressed with how well stocked the house was. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook a gourmet meal, and there was an abundance of both bath towels and beach towels. The air conditioning worked great, even through a heat wave, and beds were very comfortable.

A great house to rent. Great location on coastal Madison. Near shops and restaurants.The house is in excellent clean condition. It is obvious that the kitchen and 3 bathrooms have been recently redone in upscale fashion. The location is very private with large manicured yard.Also impressive is all the supplies the host offers in the house. For example they do not skimp on household needs like laundry detergent, paper products of every type, cooking supplies, coffee pods, soap bars and shampoo and so much more.The house has a working fireplace which we did not use as it's summer time. They also supply cut logs.The bedding and pillows are newer and fresh.

Near town but overpriced

There were few options and we paid 1900 for 3 nights. UPDATES: While the house was neat with kitchens and baths updated, two bedrooms had en-suite baths and the third upstairs bedroom had it bath on the first floor.LOCATION: super close to town.BEDS: queen beds, not king. Limited pillow choice. Very low quality.AC:Downstairs central AC was good, upstairs windows units were weak.Iron: Do not use the Iron, dirty water stained my white shirt for the wedding. CHECK OUT: Lastly, owners asked that we clean up and strip beds and piles towels. For a premium visit, that is not typical. We are neat people anyway, but for 600 night. DRIVEWAY: the driveway was good to be set back from the road, but it’s a hill and in winter months would be super dangerous to skid in to Rt 1, Boston post rd. There also was very little rm to turn around a car as you would not want to back into RT.Everything worked out, but just not worth that kind of money for three days.Dont miss Cohens bagels and Comomango Mexican restaurant!
