The house was wonderful! We appreciated Gina checking in with us upon our arrival to make sure we had everything we needed which we did. The location is very convenient for both the beach and the quaint town of Madison. We enjoyed our weekend away and hope to return for another visit in the future!
Gina's beach house is incredibly clean, comfortable, and convenient. Having central AC was amazing (we don't even have it at home!) and the washer/dryer was super handy for keeping our beach towels clean. I loved how close it was to both a private beach AND Rt 1 - it was super fast to zip into downtown Madison for anything we needed.
This is the perfect place for a getaway. It is close to town, block away from the beach and the house is beautiful. It has everything you need. It is very clean and the beds are so comfortable. I would def go here again!
Ideal location! This is a lovely home in a quiet and walkable coastal neighborhood, close to beaches and restaurants. The house is clean, comfortable and well furnished. Highly recommend!
This is a great little vacation house. The private beach was an easy walk and was quiet and relaxing. The house had everything we needed. Gina was very responsive. We plan to come back again!
We so enjoyed our stay in this thoughtfully appointed beach home. The luxurious bedding, comfy couch, cheerful breakfast nook and lovely landscaping were among the many reasons we loved returning after exploring this scenic coastal area, including the charming neighborhood! We can’t wait to book Gina’s delightful home again soon!
We had a wonderful stay at this wonderful beach house just a short walk from the Long Island sound. It was perfect location for anything from a beach day to exploring Madison or even taking the train to NYC for the day. The house was immaculate and had all the essentials to make our stay more than fantastic. We will definitely be back again.
We had the pleasure of staying in Gina’s beautiful little home on Kelsey Place! She has updated the home with the latest appliances, most comfortable bedding and the patio behind the home was a real bonus! We loved it so much we have already arranged to return next year! Thank you Gina for thinking of everything!,
A quiet, cozy, modern, house with quality throughout in a quiet, beautiful small community, in a beautiful New England town with lots to do and (heaven for me) a pizza spot (Grand Apizza)) owned by the Nuzzo family of New Haven pizza fame!
I chose this well appointed, modern, clean and comfortable home for a visit to Madison over a long fall weekend. It was super easy to get connected for a few work meetings. And once they were out of the way, I got to enjoy downtown Madison and downtown Guilford as both were only a short drive. The host has anticipated and provided for anything a guest might need and made herself available should anything unexpected have come up (nothing did). I would absolutely recommend and hope to return.
This was a little hidden and out of the way gem for our family vacation, very clean and comfortable and a nice quiet location. Easily sleeps 6 with 3 bedrooms, beds were comfortable, nicely decorated. Although at time we didn't get a chance to try out the backyard due to poor weather, it looked like it would be a great area to have an outdoor bbq and sit around a fire pit, nicely fenced in to have your own privacy. Bring your own coffee or tea or favourite beverage as it's not supplied. Close to the beach area. We stayed here to attend Yale Grad, so it was a 25-minute trip to downtown New Haven, easy access to I95, easy to drive in and out. And if you're not in a hurry suggest taking the scenic route to your destinations very pretty countryside drive. Madison is a cute little community in the middle between New Haven (south) and Hartford (north), with a nice selection of restaurants and other amenities to choose from. Nice getaway from the hustle and bustle of New Haven or Hartford. Highly recommended as your next VRBO experience for the area.
We stayed in the this home for three nights over Thanksgiving -- my partner and I, and my grown son. During the day another grown son hung out with us. The house is immaculate, beds comfortable, neighborhood quiet, lovely, short walk to private beach which was even nice to see in winter. Because it's only a one bath house (though the bath and particularly the vanity are spacious), it's not really suitable for more adult folks. Would be great for a family with small kids. Gina is a great host and we are likely to return.
We stayed at Gina’s beautiful home for a week for our sons wedding was perfect. The home was just as perfect. Everything was just as pictured. If we ever get to Madison, we will stay there again.
