Like new Townhome is perfect for a comfortable and peaceful evening after a day at the 3 ideal beaches of Broulee. Open plan kitchen, dining, TV lounge, 1/2 bath downstairs. Three bedrooms and additional TV Lounge upstairs. 2 1/2 baths plus outdoor Hot/Cold Rain Shower. Fully fenced with BBQ in private back garden. Two car garage with a 15 Amp outlet for Electric Vehicle (EV) charging.

The kitchen is fully equipped with Meile oven, stovetop, dishwasher and microwave. Complete set of cookware, utensils, table service plates and silverware for 8.

The Broulee Shops and the Beaches are a 2 minute drive or 7 minute walk.

The Broulee Shops include the Broulee Brewhouse for lunch and dinner, a Chemist, a quaint coffee shop and of course a Surf Shop! The nearby Mossy Point Cafe also sports a fantastic breakfast menu and coffee.

Our favorite grocer is the Foodworks on Train Street Broulee. A fully stocked grocer, plus deli and bottle shop. Wonderful staff.

The town of Mogo and Mogo Zoo, as well as Moruya are adjacent to Broulee if you need a break from swimming, surfing, paddle boarding or fishing.
