The Space:
Tiny Sublime by Tiny Away is nestled in the peaceful tiny house of Kia Ora, just 25 minutes from Gympie. Gympie is renowned for its thriving agriculture, and its position as a gateway to the scenic Cooloola Coast and breathtaking Mary Valley.
The retreat is nestled in a "Koala habitat" with a creek nearby where you might spot the occasional platypus, creating a peaceful wilderness setting for guests to unwind in our cozy holiday homes. Nearby, guests can experience rural farm life, including visits to farms, orchards, and scenic walks.
A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny home and its surroundings.
NOTICE: There are farm animals and agricultural activities in the area. If you want a taste of farm life away from the city bustle, this tiny house is perfect for you.

Tiny Sublime by Tiny Away is situated in Kia Ora, only a 25-minute drive from Gympie and just an hour from the picturesque Sunshine Coast. This coastal city is renowned for its natural splendor, beautiful beaches, and outdoor pursuits.
Our local favorites begin with Tin Can Bay, a charming fishing town where wild dolphins often visit the waterfront. Just a little further, Noosa National Park in Noosa Heads offers stunning coastal walks, while the diverse landscapes of Great Sandy National Park provide endless outdoor adventures.
Enjoy fresh, locally sourced meals and craft brews at Sublime Farm & Brewery. Nearby, Rainbow Beach invites you with its colorful sand cliffs, relaxed beach vibe, and easy access to Fraser Island and the Cooloola section of Great Sandy National Park.
Within an hour, you can explore more coastal gems like Marcus Beach, Sunrise Beach—close to Noosa—and Peregian Beach, a peaceful village with pristine shores.

- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- No smoking allowed inside, except in designated areas
- Expect roaming farm animals and agricultural activities in the area
- Telstra and Optus have good phone signals; others have no signals
- Please be advised that we have livestock (and noise) on our property
- We would like to advise guests that longer check outs have an additional charge
- Make sure to turn off the lights, AC, electronics, close windows and doors when leaving
- Pets are allowed by 24 hrs prior notice, and must be on leash at all times. The full policy will be sent before arrival.

- We are situated by a campsite with occasional noise. If you have any concerns about the noise, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Important note:
- BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- Due to the property's rural location, you may encounter inconveniences such as insects during your stay
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain our cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
