Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
To prevent unsightly overflow, please bag all refuse and place it inside the the black bin located in front of the garage and close the lid. Leaving trash bags on the curb is strictly prohibited.
1. Close and lock all windows.
2. Ensure all secondary entrances (sliding doors/basement doors) are bolted.
3. Confirm the front door is locked via the Smart Lock "One-Touch" button.
Ensure all non-essential lights and small appliances are turned off.
Please adhere to the "Check Out Time" to allow our professional cleaning team to begin the turnover immediately.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No outdoor shoes inside the house, please leave your outdoor shoes at the main entrance. Use indoor when indoors. Thanks
Any soiled diapers should be wrapped in a bag and put in the black bin outside on the driveway to the right.
Strictly NO doing laundry during your stay. Kindly switch off all the lights and unplug where applicable all appliances used.
