I Need a clean non smoking matured and quiet professional. You should be ok staying all by yourself as I am hardly home. You have your seperate entrance and not sharing any space. You have your full privacy. This is a NON SMOKING studio basement.
You have the Direct Airdrie ICE bus stop a block away (5 mins walk) to get you to calgary downtown if you don’t have a car.
It is Close to restaurants, dining, family-friendly activities, and nightlife. 5 minutes walk to Ice Bus direct to Downtown Calgary. 10 min drive to Cross Iron Mills Mall, 15 mins from Calgary International Airport, Nice Park, Walmart, CO-OP, Safeway, Superstore, RBC, TD, Scotia bank, BMO, CIBC, ATB financial and Major Gas Stations.
You’ll love the neighborhood, the ambiance, the people, the outdoor space, and the light. Great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. Steps away from the beautiful canal for morning walk.
