EDITHBURGH SEA VIEWS is a lovely 2 storey holiday home on the Esplanade between Edithburgh and Sultana Point, accommodates up to a maximum of 10 guests with plenty of room for parking and the boat! Driveway at front of property with access to rear double carport at rear. With Free Wifi!

Upstairs:
Open plan kitchen with large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric oven/stove top, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee pod machine (BYO pods), electric frying pan, sandwich press. Dining area with table/chairs, baby's highchair, Safety Gates for stairs, reverse cycle split system air-conditioner, living area with 3 seater plus 2 seater lounges, large smart TV, DVD player, sound bar, doors leading out to the balcony with outdoor setting, Weber Q BBQ, excellent views of the ocean, fisherman's jetty, Sultana Point and Troubridge Island.

Extra w/c with vanity.

Main bedroom has an ensuite with vanity, bath, walk-in shower and w/c, door leading out to balcony.

Downstairs:
Living area with pool table and cues, TV (non smart), radio/cd player/bluetooth, day bench, chairs, reverse cycle split system air-conditioner.

3 bedrooms, main bathroom with vanity, walk-in shower, w/c

Laundry with front loading washing machine, sink, microwave, bar fridge.

Large rear yard, 4 burner BBQ, outdoor table and benches, clothes line, fish cleaning facility.

Bed configuration - Upstairs: main bedroom - queen, Downstairs: bed 2 - queen, bed 3 - queen, bed 4 - 2 x bunks.

Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to take your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.

Edithburgh has an excellent boat ramp, jetty, tidal swimming pool, playground, golf course, IGA, deli, fuel, cafe, take away, hotel. Only a minute short drive to the beautiful Sultana Point Beach.

NO PETS - this includes visiting pets, any pets sighted at property will result in loss of bond

A great stay in Edithburgh

The house is very well located, looking out over the ocean. The facilities were excellent, the house is roomy and well appointed and suited our needs of 4 friends looking around Yorkes, enjoying good food and drink and generally relaxing.

Edithburgh return

We used to holiday at Edithburgh long ago and this was a revisit to a vastly superior accommodation. The house is modern, well equipped, clean and is ideal for a family. The area is quiet, located in walking distance of the town and beaches. The views are superb, the rooms spacious and comfortable. Highly recommended and will book again in the future

Lovely house with water views

Great house for quiet holiday. We had 2 couples so plenty of room, would suit large family with plenty of bedrooms and bathroom/toilet upstairs and downstairs. Large TVs and plenty of DVDs if needed. Billiard table was great to have and we had lots of fun playing. House was clean and tidy. No dishwasher was a negative and no screens on the upstairs bedroom sliding doors or patio doors which is needed if wanting to get fresh air at night. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.
