We would go back to this place again and highly recommend. Amazing stay. Value for money. We both are impressed. Wonderful communication. Thank you. 👍😊
The place was tidy and as described. The communication was great until we got locked out at 7:30pm. Then that’s when it got difficult trying to get a hold of someone it took 30mins trying to get someone to help, then another 45mins waiting while someone arrived to unlock and let us. In an emergency situation sending messages is both a frustrating way to communicate and also time consuming a simple phone call as soon as you get the message I’m locked out of my accomodation would have had that problem resolved a lot quicker. They said a wait over an hour is sufficient as they acted immediately and then said sorry that the communication isn’t up to my standard. So no real apology. So in my opinion it isn’t worth the trouble go with another company.
