Exceeded expectations

Presents very clean and spacious and bright. Had everything we needed. Easy to keep everything tidy. The only difficulty I had was that I couldn't find the street number anywhere on the booking, so I had to match the photos of the outside of the house with what we saw as we drove along the street.

Fabulous. We were a group of 6 (2 kids, 2 adults, 2 older adults) and the 3 rooms each with a queen bed suited us well. Plenty of space, cupboard full of board games, the little sun room was warm even in winter. I also love accommodation that not only provides tea, coffee and sugar but the other essentials you need if cooking so you don't have to buy that each time - cling wrap, alfoil, cooking spray, etc. It's so thoughtful and gives it the extra touch. Only suggested improvement is more coffee/tea mugs - there were only 4-5 (maybe 6) and for 4 adults who all enjoy a cuppa across the day, and kids who also like a hot chocolate in winter, it was an issue.
