Two-story house with 2 suites upstairs, both with air conditioning and hot showers. Downstairs, a powder room, large living room with TV, dining table, and American-style kitchen equipped with stove, microwave, refrigerator, and utensils. Laundry room with washing machine.
Balcony and one parking space.

The chalet is 50 metres from Pipa's main avenue. Being in the centre is a privilege, with everything within easy reach and walking distance.

Near the property, there is a bar that offers free access to our guests. The bar is open from 4 pm to 8 pm and offers a privileged view of Praia do Centro, making it the ideal place to enjoy the beautiful sunset.
