This property is clean and the apartments are spacious. The pool area could do with some TlC albeit my children had a great time and enjoyed the holiday. Air conditioning would be a great attribute to the rooms

A bit dark and loungers right outside our patio doors and seating area so no privacy but was always out so not to bothered really property was clean and tidy very warm but fans provided to cool us down and excellent wifi

Roomy apartment, dated but comfortable. Local area quiet which was welcome. Three restaurants near by. Short walk downhill to centre and a taxi back at around €3/4. Only downside was no air con only ceiling fan in bedroom and lounge.

Very good service and love the place. On my last day i had birthday and they gave me suprise on my door, and they recomanded good resturant nearby and smiles everyday . And if i need information they helped me rigth away. I will visit this apartment hotel every time im going to Tenerife . I have been in Tenerife before, but never had so good service❤️

Great for a cheap family self cater option. Needs some updating but what dosent. If i was to make a observation the rooms could be better as there is alot of space wasted. My opinion i would put a bunk bed and double bed in rooms for familys but overall great hol

Enjoyable stay

Very enjoyable stay, lovely reception staff and cleaners. Great poolside bar with very reasonable prices. Apartment was comfortable with good kitchenette and wifi, however, there is no a/c and ceiling fans are useless so I'm not sure if it would be bearable in mid-summer. This is our third time staying here and the glass around the pool has been filthy each time, which is a pity considering the rest of the place is very clean.

Our apartment was very spacious with 2 bathrooms, beds were comfy, rooms were clean on arrival. Note dont leave your key fobs near mobile phones as it drains them, we gad to change them a lot till someone told us lol. Worked perfectly after we kept them separate. Friendly sraff

Great value lovely family stay

Basic but very well equipped apartments lovely pool area and fantastic pool bar with very reasonable drinks and snacks. Lovely quiet area and yes it’s up a hill but lovely and quiet at a very busy time of year. Fantastic cheap on site supermarket and lovely bars and restaurants in immeadiate area. There is only ceiling fans and it’s very hot but you can buy an air con unit for it said from 75euro a week which is what you’d pay in some countries to work the ones built into the rooms. For what we paid I couldn’t fault it and anyone that does is being completely unrealistic. I was a travel agent for 15 years so I know the difference between good and bad nd this was by far one of the best value apartments we have ever stayed in and I would highly recommend

Nice basic appartment in a good location.

Enjoyed our holiday here. Some furniture was quite old, but the apartment was very clean when we arrived and serviced well once mid-holiday. Quite a large balcony, spacious rooms for the money and no-frills comfortable. Location very good with a well stocked mini market next door and a few good restaurants and a food market within a few minutes walk. Beach a bit further but we had a car and on-street parking was easy close-by. Pool bar was very good with surprisingly good quality daily food specials and great value drinks. We arrived quite late in the evening and it was very quiet, dark and reception was closed. But the property had sent clear instructions for how to collect our keys. I didn't have high expectations and my first impressions weren't great, but we all (2 adults, 2 kids) really liked this place.

Rigtig hyggeligt hotel i gåafstand til det meste. Fin lille pool bar med meget rimelige priser. Vi havde et værelse lige ud til poolen og til prisen er hotellet rigtig godt. Super venligt personale.

Buona posizione a circa 20 minuti a piedi da Los Cristianos. Appartamenti gradevoli con l'inconveniente di trovare qualche insetto fastidioso. Ottimo sfogo anche per i bambini la piscina. Personale del bar a bordo piscina per nulla accogliente e simpatico. Per il resto il soggiorno è andato bene

Två vuxna och två ungdomar, åtta dagar på detta boende, hyrde tvårumslägenhet. Läget och utsikten mot havet var fin, men hela anläggningen var sliten och med minimal eller ingen städning under tiden vi var där. Stenhårda och osköna sängar, dubbelsängen var max 140, behövde använda bäddsoffan i köket. Vår lägenhet städades en gång under våra åtta dagar vi var där, allmänna utrymmen städades inte alls under hela vistelsen, såg samma fläckar på golv och i trappor under hela vistelsen. Behövde gå till reception för påfyllnad av toapapper, tvål, byte av handdukar och slänga sopor. Badrummet var ganska snuskigt, slitet, fuktigt, fläckar och missfärgningar och det luktade konstant illa från avloppet Badkaret, där man fick stå och duscha, var typ målat med färg som flagnade. Ingen diskmaskin och ingen kökshandduk att torka disken med, endast en frottéhandduk i köket. Trasig altandörr som inte gick att låsa, trasiga eluttag vid sängarna, värdelös och för liten kaffebryggare för fyra personer där sumpen hamnade i kaffet. Hade önskemål om senare utcheckning, kl 10.00 enligt reglerna, fick ställa frågan tre gånger innan jag fick svar. Sammantaget tycker vi inte att detta var ett prisvärt boende, slitet, obefintlig städning och låg servicenivå.
