The property seemed to be clean. If I could recommend a few items in the house. Vacuum/ broom, a garbage can in the bathroom curtains/ or upgraded shades. The family enjoyed the stay but definitely felt a bit uncomfortable, my boys are on the taller side and this unit was a bit tight for them. Our stay was short so give the price and the amenities it was fine. Thank you for have our family.

Communication was excellent they wanted to provide me with the best service, the property was clean and very comfortable to stay in and close to the beach and local bars and restaurants. We did not realize that the property was not a hotel/motel but an apartment. The room was clean, but there was stain on the sofa. The bed was uncomfortable and the beddings were outdated. The appliances: refrigerator, washer, dryer, TV appeared new and worked well. There was sufficient kitchen ware.

The biggest issue I would say is the couch. It’s a sectional it slides all over. It is very uncomfortable. That is the only thing that I wish was different. Otherwise, everything was clean.
