Was looking to getaway for a few days and enjoy what Fort Lauderdale has to offer. Communication was excellent they wanted to provide me with the best service, the property was clean and very comfortable to stay in and close to the beach and local bars and restaurants. Great 1 nihht stay!

Great stay before hopping on a cruise. Family of 5 (2 adults and kids 6, 4 and 1) fit fine for one night. Very close to grocery store, restaurants, shopping and coffee. Alex was super responsive and checked in multiple times. We asked for a pack n play and he had it there! Only negative is that it was a pretty loud area and street. Other reviews mention quiet, and we did travel during spring break, so maybe we caught it at the wrong time. Wasnt so loud that it kept my kids up, but definitely not as quiet as some other reviews led me to think.

We had to evacuate last-minute from the West Coast to the East due to Hurricane Milton. This stay was available for me and my 3 relatives and Alex was incredibly responsive. I asked a few questions before arriving and had a few small issues once we arrived, and Alex answered and helped with everything we needed. This place was very nice, super clean, and everything we needed for a few night's stay. I would recommend adding some towel bars in the bathroom, along with shower bars in the shower (for older guests), but overall this place was wonderful.

The place was very quaint and updated. Sofa was very uncomfortable, it sank in when you sat on it. I am 200 pounds so expected the sofa to be able to hold my wait without sinking in.

Our Host Alex, was great! & very patient with me. He was quick to respond when I needed something or had a question. Then checked in with me to make sure Everything was good. He even gave some restaurant suggestions. The apartment was one of three and was clean and cozy. It was perfect for my son and I with two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a living room area and full kitchen, with a table and 4 chairs. Plus, it’s close to stores and plenty of restaurants.

It was a lovely space, big enough for our adult family of three. As we had our adult son with us, he slept on the couch, which was not a pull-out but a sectional you had to move together to create the bed, which he said was fine. There were only 2 pillows in the space for the 3 of us, so be sure to connect with the property before arriving; they are very accommodating. The walls are thin, and while everyone is conscientious, sometimes you may hear them in their space. The space is very clean, and the property manager was always available and attentive to any of my questions about the space. The one thing I didn't see until our last day was a blue book on a shelf that had a lot of information about the area and space. I think when folks arrive, having that on the table is better as it has a lot of helpful information for one who is new to the area. While the property is not far from the beach, it's not within walking distance. You can pay for parking near beaches, but plan for traffic on the way. We had a wonderful first time in Fort Lauderdale - enjoy your stay.

Host was communicative & helpful, he gets a 5/5. However, the property is one of the worst I’ve stayed in Fort Lauderdale. I made the mistake of getting the design cottage unit. I do not recommend it. Maybe the other units are better but this one was not good. There is no heating option in the unit. There was a small portable heater provided but could only heat up one room. So whenever we wanted to go to the bathroom or the living room for example, it was freezing. Bathroom sink water does not heat up and if you’re using the shower and someone else wants to use the sink, the water pressure on the sink vanishes. Thank goodness that the shower had hot water. Bathroom design is also very awkward - very crowded. This unit might be okay for men who just need a place to crash but not really great for couples or for women or for those who want to work from home (no full length mirror, no desk, etc.) Overall, it’s fine if you are just looking for a place to crash but you can find other places for a similar or just slightly higher price for a much better value and comfort.
