This was a unique experience! Floating on the water was definitely a highlight. The staff was friendly. And it was very pet friendly. I would absolutely visit again. It’s a bit of a walk to some of the cottages but they have carts available to help with your luggage.

I stayed in one of the cottages on the water. Off-season so I was practically alone. Beautiful views of the sound, and I got to watch a space launch from Wallop's Island one night. It was amazing! Very clean property, very convenient. The peace and quiet from the front, screened in porch, was so relaxing.

Everything was simple and easy-contactless check-in and the place was very clean and cool floating on the water. Kitchen was great to save money on going out to eat. Parking was close and always available. The bugs were a bit obnoxious at times but that is to be expected by the water. Stunning views and quiet atmosphere. Loved it!

The water view is not obstructed and was BEAUTIFUL! They sent us a door code so we didnt have to mess with check in or out. Very easy to rent. The owner called us immediately when we had a question. We loved it!
