Appartment was perfectly fine. The communication with the host however was difficult. It seemed to be auto generated messages, so I often had to reach out multiple times, before I had a real answer (probably then by a human).

There were some minor issues with the access code but the Kula team were really quick to respond. The apartment was lovely, clean and we left an IPad when we departed and the cleaning staff handed it in so we will get it back. We will stay there from now on, possibly the nicest pet friendly place in Wollongong.

Great like location and amenties close to everything you need. Beds were very comfortableand there was an awesome view from roof top. It was quite windy while we were there and the building makes a loud whistling noise, would definitely stay again though.

Maybe could use a few more cooking utensils as we ate in a lot but otherwise great. The staff are exceptional and responsive to every question. Very comfortable bed. Highly recommend.
