The hoast Victor was so nice and help us out , we got to check in early and he was very helpful . The apartament is in very nice area , so close to the stores , restaurants and metro . We had a great stay .

The apartment was very clean. The accommodations were perfect for 2 people. The location was very convenient. We walked to most places and used the bus and metro system for places farther out. Very easy to figure out. We enjoyed our stay.

We ended up with an apartment in the Passage de Gracia block. Modern, spacious and very clean apartment. Extremely comfortable with all the facilities needed for a perfect stay. The location was excellent for visiting this beautiful city eith the main attractions within walking distance. Victor, the office manager was so very kind, friendly and helpful for which we were grateful. Would highly recommend these apartments if visiting Barcelona

Very conveniently located esp distance to markets, food, and subway station! Lockers for luggage storage was awesome! Couple things that can be fixed: 1. the bathroom door so hard to close due to uneven tiles or door material expanding? 2. I understand Europe doesn’t use paper towels, but would it be possible to include more than 1 cloth towel for the kitchen?? Overall it was a pleasant stay!

The location is phenomenal - near multiple metro stops, beautiful parks, and great food. Easy to access, the room was clean, and spacious for an urban apartment. My only quibbles are that the mattresses were old and felt bowed in the middle, and there was nothing on the tile floor to make it softer to walk/do yoga. But truly, would book it again with no worries.

Great location. A very cute neighborhood. Grocery and liquor store across the street. Great restaurants close by especially SMS Delicies. The food was so good. The room was clean and well stocked. It was an easy self serve checkin. We did not see the host.

This apartment is truly one of the best places we’ve stayed in over the past few years of traveling. The location is excellent, and the apartment itself is extremely comfortable and well maintained. First of all, the air conditioning worked wonderfully, which made a huge difference during our stay. The temperature in the apartment was always perfect, and we were able to rest and sleep very comfortably. The beds were comfortable, and the whole place felt very relaxing. What we especially appreciated was how well designed the apartment was. Every room — including the kitchen, living room, and bathroom — was just the right size and had exactly what we needed. Everything was very clean. The neighborhood was another big plus. There was a small supermarket right across the street, which was incredibly convenient, and there were also several very good restaurants nearby. It was easy to get around and very convenient for everything.

Amazing stay! The apartment was spacious, clean, modern, and conviniently located near the metro station, bus stops, grocery stores, including an Aldi. The hotel provided plenty of bath towels, hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. We ran out of toilet paper and had to by an extra pack. The kitchen was well equiped even with a small care package containing complementary olive oil, salt and pepper, a few COFFEE PODS, dish soap, and other household necessities. The coffee was such a nice surprise, since our previous ABNB host did not provide any. We cooked a few meals in the apartment so having a dish washer was a great plus! The washer and dryer were the icing on the cake. I have already recommended this place to frends. The hotel has free lockers, so after check out we left our suitcases and went to do more exploring.

Property is in a neighborhood with families which we really valued. There are several squares in the area that have restaurants around them. Metro is only about 3 blocks away and you can get anywhere in the city from there VERY easily. Beds were very comfortable.

I usually don't write reviews but for this specific property I need to. The property was excellent, just as advertised. Check-in was seamless. For Barcelona standards, the apartment was BIG and very comfortable. The apartment was very quiet which was great when we wanted to rest. Plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, shops and plaza's to wonder around. Fontana metro station was just very near. I would HIGHLY recommend you stay here.
