Our flight got canceled and we had to stay an additional two days. Contacted the host immediately and she was so accommodating, pleasant and helpful. Thankfully the rooms were still available to extend our stay. The staff re-cleaned the room thoroughly, replenished towels and changed the bedding. Every-time we saw the staff in passing, they were all so friendly. I could not have asked for a better experience and I would highly recommend staying at Patio Elba.

This hotel was very charming and perfect for our weekend getaway. It was very easy to get an Uber around the city and it was close to Viejo San Juan. Lots of great tourist points nearby!
