What a gem! Tucked away in Santurce, near walkable cafes teaming with culture and true Boricua life. Attention was paid to every detail. I loved my room in the lower area. So quiet! So adorable! I can't wait to return. Santurce is alive and this hotel is a haven!

Appreciated the quick response from the team when we called the day before check in, about being able to store our luggage when we got off the cruise ship and wanted to go snorkeling. However, we weren’t told that the cleaning crew shows up at 10am, and when we arrived before then to check our luggage , no one was there to take our luggage as promised. Had to pay $50 at a Bounce location to store our luggage for the day. More clear communication about the 10am cleaning crew arrival time would have been more helpful.

This was such an amazing find! I needed a last minute place to stay for a night, it was such a cute place to stay. The receptionist was so incredible, friendly, warm, and welcoming. This is definitely a hidden gem I’m so glad we found this place. Will absolutely be back!
