The staff, particularly Luiz, were very welcoming at check in and he was very helpful throughout our 3 day stay in Konstanz. We had a very good room with a spacious balcony. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe and the hotel is a 2 minutes walk to the bus stop into the centre of Konstanz. An excellent location, hotel and staff!

The hotel and the location is very great. It feels like a home away from home. The kitchen is well equipped. There is free unlimited coffee and netflix when you have had enough sight seeing. There is also a gym along with a modern lobby area where one can do a quick checkout. Above everything the reception and the crew members are super helpful especially Julia. The breakfast spread was great too and with lot of options to choose from. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Konstanz and would like to revisit again in the future.

The location was bit away from the town, you may need a car or take public transportation. However the hotel was great. Nice design and more tv program options for English speakers than other hotels. The laundry facility was also nice. It was easy to follow by scanning a QR code & pay by card.

We enjoyed our stay! Besides being very beautiful, it had facilities like a kitchenette which enable to cook home made food. Very close to supermarket, staffs were amazing, always helpful. We will definitely be back!

Location and hotel enlightening

The location is excellent and a wonderful concept which is different to most other hotels. My only negative comment would be that with being on a business trip the seating to work at the desk on my computer was not the most comfortable.
