The property is well located nearby every part of the city close to museums, stores and restaurants. Be aware that you have to take 70 staircases to get to the apartment. If you are traveling with elderly people or lot of luggage this place won’t be convenient since there is no elevator and the staircases are uneven. Also, please include shampoo & shower gel.

Location was the best. Short walks to entire city. Steps not fun. Apt Ronald is older and I think it is cleaned as good as it can get. If you are clean freak it’s not for you. Needed to buy a bar of soap. No toiletries. I would return.

Worst accommodation experience I’ve had in Italy. You can only get into this property by phone call. Unfortunately, my phone would not work. Had to wait outside until someone came outside and allowed us to enter. Emails to property management did not receive courtesy of reply. Bathroom tiles and floor have visible mildew/mold. Entire bathroom needs refurbishment.

La propiedad es linda, con una arquitectura espectacular. La ubicación es inmejorable, en el centro de Florencia a pasos de las principales atracciones de la ciudad. Lo único es que no tiene ascensor y hay que subir 5 niveles de gradas.
