Nice studio apartment room. Parking in the back was kind of tight for a big SUV but we were assigned parking spot 4 which was next to a structural pillar. Other than that everything was nice and clean. Will definitely rent this place again. Very walkable area and next to the river.

For my money, this is the best place to stay in Austin if you are traveling solo or with one other person. It is a fantastic location. I was a little worried about parking but had absolutely no issue with that. It is such a lovely set-up and so very clean and comfortable. I really looked forward to coming home to this space after running around town all day. Excellent option at a very reasonable price. I will be back.
