The place was very beautiful and clean, and the service was excellent. The only detail is that the location isn’t well signposted, so it was a bit difficult to find the name of the place. Other than that, it’s a very pleasant place to stay.

A experiência foi incrível. Todo o processo foi encantador, do anúncio até às interações com a equipe no local. O apartamento é impecável, excelente para quem está em Florianópolis a trabalho, especialmente se precisa ir até a UFSC. O apartamento é bem equipado, a cama é confortável e a estrutura do prédio é excelente. Vale a pena e com certeza visitarei novamente

Gostei do geral. Quarto limpo, seguro local, equipe muito educada e prestativa. Algumas coisas faltam no apto, detalhes, mas no geral foi bem útil. O estacionamento sim é um ponto de atenção. Muito apertado quando cheio. E deixar o carro na rua não é uma boa opção até por falta de lugar.

Estrutura nova e moderna. O quarto é confortável, móveis e utensílios em ótimo estado e possui bom isolamento acústico. Tem mercados e academia na mesma quadra. Sistema de reconhecimento facial é prático e funciona de forma perfeita. Pessoal da recepção é nota 10, simpáticos e super prestativos.
