While things like the entrance location and how to use the shower might be confusing at first, the instructions are very thorough, allowing you to handle everything yourself."

Keep in mind there is no front desk and despite claiming luggage storage without someone there it’s fairly ineffective. If you don’t have need of these things then it’s a nice little spot.

We liked the room. No street noise. Nice location. But parking was a pain. The hotel does not offer own parking, but refers to a public parking lot next door. But this parking lot was full and no street parking available nearby. The municipal parking garage did not allow tourists to enter but only residents and workers. So in the end we needn't park blocks away for $56 for 12 hours which made our stay way more expensive than we expected. Probably it's more economic taking a hotel in Miami and use an uber to come to Miami Beach.

The room was clean, though we got a basic room that was nothing like all the unique and fancy ones in the pictures. There were earplugs provided on the night stands and we thought that was strange until we heard the birds. Besides the birds, it was very quiet. Parking wasn't far and it was a nice area to walk around. I think it was a bit overpriced for the room that we had.

Really cute cozy hotel. Great room. Comfortable stay. They really do need to have someone at the front desk. Virtual check in and any other questions. You have are problematic when you’re constantly calling a phone number.

Location was great but, no view whatsoever so you keep your blinds closed and therefore the room is dark. The view was the AC unit and workers outside who work in the attached restaurant. Also was very noisy at night.

Location and room itself (210) with a balcony overlooking the street was AMAZING! However, there are no blinds / drapes covering the balcony doors or the translucent front door so light shines through the night from the hallway and from the street. With a 6 am sunrise, it is super bright in the living room where the sofa queen is located. Texting with the host is pleasant, yet not helpful. There were no sheets / comforter for the queen sofa bed and the connection between texting the "host" and the "onsite team" was non-existent. I suggested a manager sleep in the room and invest a small amount of money in drapes to delight their guests.
