The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, which was a definite plus. However, the overall experience was disappointing, especially considering the price.
The room was very small, and once we opened our suitcases, it became extremely cramped. The bed was also very uncomfortable, consisting of two separate, very hard single mattresses instead of a proper double bed. We were only provided with one small comforter for two people. When I requested a second one, I was told that the staff would look into it, but no further communication or follow-up was provided.
Although the bathroom was modern, the towels were thin, worn out, and mismatched, giving the impression that they had been taken from someone's home rather than provided by a hotel.
Another major issue was the lack of security and assistance. Other guests disturbed us by banging on our door and demanding to be let in. When we reported the incident to management, no immediate action was taken, and we only received a response the following day. There is no reception or staff present at the hotel, which made the situation even more frustrating.
Overall, while the location is convenient, the uncomfortable sleeping arrangements, poor-quality amenities, lack of timely communication, and inadequate response to a disturbance made our stay disappointing. For the price we paid, I expected a much higher standard of comfort, service, and guest safety.
