Had all the amenities we wanted, was very clean, easy to find. There was a police station next door, which made us feel safe. There was a 7-11 less than a block away, which was very convenient. A train station was close also. Check-in was fast and easy.

I had a great stay overall. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from the train station, which made getting around extremely easy. The area was quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and the customer service was excellent—friendly, responsive, and very helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

The room was more spacious than most hotels, and the location was excellent, just a 10 minute walk from the station. Having a 7/11 right next door was also very convenient. Overall, everything about this place was perfect, and I honestly couldn’t find anything to complain about.

Beautiful cozy room I stayed with my sister and brother and we each slept comfortably. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and there is a convenience store down the street. The metro line is also close by. I would definitely stay here again

We had a fabulous stay at Gran Grace. The place is equipped with high tech Japanese stuff. The flat is spacious which is rare in Tokyo. A great place to rest and and sleep after a day of adventure.

We had a great stay — the area felt very safe, walkable, and clean. The place itself was comfortable and as described. The only thing that could’ve made it even better would be having some recommendations for nearby luggage storage or a bit more guidance on that. Overall, a pleasant experience!

Lots of good points: clean property, nice apartment block, great traditional restaurants nearby and located close to Zoshiki station (takes about an hour to most places, but note Zoshiki is not served by the fast trains). Some less good points: quite expensive for what you get, can be noisy because of the main road (as others have noted), sparsely equipped and the rooms weren't quite as shown in the photos (no sofa, bed not at one end of the living room).
