Basic accommodation suitable to my needs in need of refurbishment. Location is excellent, right in the city center. Good if you're on a tight budget like myself.

The beds were clean, that was the only thing that was clean. The room smelled very much of smoke, even in the shower. The desk clerk was helpful and friendly

Terrible and Very hot room. No airco, Just A room. The neighbourhood is also not very nice. The bathroom had a shower without a hanging system. A dirty elevator will bring You upstairs. Un interessed people. We had a dog, but they do not see the dog, and it was not a small one. The Only nice part is that it is very near the centrum of Clermont-Ferrand. Very near the hotel is a supermarket. Shoppingmalls and center is in walking distance. If you have a lot lugggage in you car, you can not park in front of the hotel, but there are 2 parkings, you have a special price, 8 euro’s for one day.

Personeel vriendelijk, kamer in orde.

Bella struttura in pieno centro.
