Esta é a segunda vez que me hospedo no Ape Brás. Na primeira experiência, tudo foi excelente; contudo, nesta ocasião, infelizmente, não posso dizer o mesmo. No primeiro dia, dormimos sem cobertor, pois não havia disponibilidade — justamente em uma noite bastante fria. Nosso nome foi incluído em uma lista de espera, porém o cobertor só foi disponibilizado na noite seguinte. Além disso, a cama estava em condições muito ruins: excessivamente barulhenta e com um afundamento no centro, o que comprometeu significativamente o conforto. Foi bastante difícil passar as noites nessas condições.

Tudo ok!!! Estacionamento seguro. Equipamentos e tudo que precisavamos. Apenas o serviço de elevadores era mt demorado. E ficava com medo de pessoas de fora acessarem o hotel. O quinto andar deveria ser bloqueado apenas para hospedes.

O hotel fica dentro do Busca Busca, o hotel utiliza tecnologia de ponta para reconhecimento facial e acesso aos quartos, os quartos sao confortaveis, banheiros agua quente e morna, ducha forte, a unica coisa que precisa "ajustar" é a limpeza nos quartos diariamente. O hotel facilmente seria um 3/4 estrelas.. porem alguns pontos pecam bastante.. como qualidade dos metais no banheiro, falta de ducha higienica, agua quente não funciona de madrugada e o elevador é um caos devido ao hotel ser em cima do busca busca e usarem o mesmo elevador. Os funcionarios são super prestativos e educados!
