It is hard to imagine a better location. 1 minute east to the beach and 1 minute west to the tram. 5 minutes to the heart of Surfers Paradise. Super responsive staff too. Will absolutely returnn.

Onsite staff were super quick to respond when we had an issue. Check-in was easy. Really appreciate the 24/7 help available. Would be great to add the location of laundry facilities and ice maker to the info link too.

The Shores in Surfer's Paradise was incredible, the apartment is such a lovely place, really well located to shops, bars and restaurants, and the private pool is amazing. Would highly recommend and will definitely be revisiting!

This property has massive potential to be awesome. We loved the location and the aesthetics. However, the TV would not work and we found ants all over the kitchen. We tried to reach out to customer services to get the tv fixed - we were met with an AI customer service agent and the issue was not resolved. The sofa needed repairing and had stains on it. The kitchen was clean apartment from ants. The check in prodcedure was odd.
