Quarto limpo, perto do Vibra Brasil, da para ir a pé de dia. Demorei um pouco para achar um estacionamento, mas tem um na rua da igreja Universal, 2 quadras antes. Tem barulho da rua.

O espaço é muito confortável, limpo e organizado, cama muito boa e aconchegante. Tive dificuldades com o checkin, que é um auto serviço, cheguei de noite e fiquei uns 15 minutos na porta tentando acessar a recepção, fiz o cadastro dos documentos horas antes e mesmo assim não recebi o link de cadastro de reconhecimento facial e senha de acesso ao quarto, o telefone indicado na portaria não atendia nem respondia, consegui um numero direto depois de alguns minutos e liguei ao proprietário, o sistema de checkin precisa melhorar.

O Studio que fiquem não era esse da foto do anúncio, era bem menor. Tive dificuldades para conseguir a senha da porta de entrada, pois tinham enviado e não chegou pra mim e qdo cheguei no local não tinha nenhuma forma de me comunicar com o anfitrião, depois de 1:30h apareceu um zelador que me deu um número de whatsapp da adm. o Apto é bom, limpo, tudo novo, banheiro bom só que o chuveiro é elétrico. Só sugiro que peçam a senha de entrada antes!

Realizar os preenchimentos via e-mail, e verificar quais não chegaram e informar também o hospede que para acessar o apartamento é necessário fazer o cadastro via facial se não, não acessa o apartamento. Pois não recebemos e demoramos para acessar, porém tivemos suporte rápido. Saída, o horário é pontual, após isso, não tem mais acesso para o quarto Travam tudo. Quarto bom, cama ótima, super recomendo

O local é meio deserto com pouco movimento e não tem tanto comércio perto. Então, você precisa chegar cedo no quarto e já com todos os mantimentos comprados caso queira cozinhar ou lanchar. O chuveiro poderia ser melhor. Mas o resto foi muito bom.

Quarto amplo e limpo, mas o prédio nao tem estrutura de apoio como cafeteria e não há muitos lugares proximos para fazer compras. Nao há portaria física, apenas remota, portanto não é possível deixar as bagagens antes das 15h, que é o horário do check-in. Vc fica literalmente na rua sem apoio. O sistema de check-in exige um sistema de reconhecimento facial que não funcionou muito bem em um primeiro momento. Só consegui me cadastrar à noite. Não pretendo voltar.

Tive varios problemas: 1. O anúncio informa que há um receptivo no local. Na realidade Não Há 2. Fui muito mal tratado pelo anfitrião, que além de grosso insinuou que eu deveria cancelar a reserva e ficar no meio da rua a noite. 3. Nao havia água na unidade quando cheguei, inclusive no vaso sanitário. 4. O anfitrião não mandou ninguém para ajustar, pediu que eu mesmo operasse as valvulas.
