Overall, our stay in Zurich was pleasant, but there were a few areas that could be improved. The kitchen was a bit challenging to use. The oven was complicated, and we were unable to figure it out, which was a shame. Also, the stove was electric, and we couldn't find any instructions. The bathroom was generally clean, which we appreciated. However, the soap wasn't restocked during our stay, even though the room was cleaned daily.

Be aware this is not a traditional hotel, more an upscale hostel with shared bathroom and common area. The room itself was okay and the bed was comfortable, so if all you are looking for is a place to sleep, it’s okay. The location is somewhat hard to find as there’s no signage of any kind in front of the building which looks more like an apartment building than a hotel.

My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The room was spotless, and I felt right at home. The host was super helpful, giving me clear directions on how to get around the city, including which bus to take. Thank you so much Milene for great hospitality the location is ideal just a quick 3-minute walk from the bus stop, and it's also conveniently close to the airport. I would definitely recommend this place for its cleanliness, convenience, and warm hospitality!

Note this is a shared bathroom at the property. That was not made clear on the listing when we booked. They also dont provide ample soap and towels in the bathroom to keep it clean. The floor was a wet mess the whole time. Parking is also not included but there is limited free parking on thr street.

I would like to share my experience to help future travelers. The property is listed as a “homestay,” but in reality it operates more like a hostel. The entire apartment — including the bathroom, kitchen, and common areas — is shared, which was not clearly mentioned in the listing. This lack of transparency made the experience quite unexpected for us. We had informed the host in advance that we were a family of four, yet we were assigned a cramped attic space with very limited room. There was hardly any space to keep our luggage, and it was not comfortable for sleeping. Additionally, the kitchen was not well equipped. There were not enough utensils, and several items were either not working or missing altogether (for example, no proper coffee pods or basic essentials). The towels provided were also of very poor quality. Overall, the listing does not accurately reflect the actual setup or level of comfort. I would strongly recommend future guests to clarify all details beforehand to avoid disappointment.

The place is fine if you need to sleep a night before heading to the airport, but when we arrived hours after the check in time our room wasn't ready and the cleanliness of the bathroom wasn't great. There is no elevator if you have heavy luggage and there is a lot of stairs. For the price I'm not sure this place is worth it.

I think it is important to know you are booking A ROOM in a 3 to 4 bedroom apartment. There is no security locks on the building overall, or the actual apartments. You can lock you own room, but that doesnt seem safe. It is very deceiving when you book this, you think you have an entire 3 bedroom apartment, not a single tiny room. Aslo, no parking, located in the middle of a residential neighborhood, and planes fly directly over it every 4 or 5 minutes.
