The apartment was located in a good area steps away from the beach and major shopping district. Check-in took way too longvsince you have to pre-check in on your device and then repeat with staff. The apartment was okay but the AC wasn't working efficiently for the Summer time. The shower had good warm water flow. The kitchen didnt have pots only eating utensils and basic crockery. The wifi was good but cut out due to some issue in the area. The elevators took long to reach the ground floor at the best of times, due to stopping on multiple floors, which was quite annoying. The staff was helpful and tried their best by using Google translate to communicate in English.

Local perfeito, tudo limpinho e organizado. Cama e roupa de cama limpas e confortáveis. Já ficamos 2x hospedados e com certeza vamos outras, já que estamos sempre de passagem por Santos

O apto é pequeno , mas ótimo e bem confortável . Bem limpo e agradável. Fica numa ótima localização , perto de tudo , restaurantes, shopping e da praia. Ficamos no 1.° andar então o barulho da rua incomodou um pouco e o fato de não ter estacionamento atrapalha um pouco , pois na região é difícil encontrar vaga na rua e os estacionamos cobram um valor absurdo , por ser perto do shopping e da praia, mas de resto valeu o custo beneficio.

Funcionários simpáticos e disponíveis pra ajudar. Localização boa, perto de vários restaurantes, farmácias e lojas. Uma quadra da praia. O Studio que nos deram não tinha janela pro exterior, só uma janela estreita que dava pro corredor. Trocamos de Studio porque a TV não funcionava direito. O segundo quarto era mais espaçoso e tinha janelas pra rua. Porém, apesar de limpo, tinha muitas formigas andando pelo quarto e próximo a porta do banheiro. Panelas devem ser pedidas na recepção; prato, copo e talher tem no armário.
