Modern and spacious retreat

The rooms were spacious, modern, and had everything we needed. Separate toilet and shower room is +++ Location is a bit out of the way between Nice and Monaco but every road in the area is breathtaking and Beaulieu-sur-Mer is just a few minutes' drive, has multiple restaurants, and is very cute. Fantastic getaway if you don't mind driving a bit.

This property is beautifully furnished and very clean. In comparison to most properties in the area that are old, this one has by far been the most modern and cleanest. I would have given it 5 stars but! Be so careful when booking! The listing is misleading. We had booked this property because the listing included a pool, washer & dryer, and was listed as a two bedroom apartment. When we arrived, there was no pool or washer and dryer, and the bedroom situation was one bedroom that was only accessible by going through the “second bedroom”, and the “second bedroom” was just a bed in an extension of the main living area and kitchen with only a curtain to separate or give privacy. Instead, it should’ve been advertised as a 1 bedroom with a bonus bed and sofa bed. These things were specific necessities for our stay, so we were very disappointed to be misled. And after all of that, the property didn’t offer any type of compensation or refund to make up for the inconvenience, which was extra off putting.

L'Eze Beach Résidence est une très belle opportunité pour découvrir la partie orientale de la Cote d'Azur ! Bien que quelques finitions laisse à désirer (dalles de la piscines mal scellées) la résidence est très belle, dans un état spendide et conçu avec gout. Les chambre sont propre et charmante, confortable et très charmante. Le petit bassin est top pour se relaxer après une longue journée de découverte du cap de St Jean Cap Ferat. La position est idéal à la fois pour visiter la région proche Beaulieu, St Jean Cap Ferat, Nice, Cap d'Ail, Monaco et même Menton. PS: réserver une des places de parking peut avoir du sens en pleine saison ... PS2: avec les WC on touche aux limites du design ... magnifique mais pas du tout pratique, bref des WC fait pour être regardés plus que qu'utilisés ;-)))

Die Unterkunft war für unsere Zecke hervorragend da es nicht weit nach Monaco zum Grand Prix war. Inder Nähe hinters auch ein gutes Restaurant und eine Strandbar.

La habitación espectacular, las camas bastante cómodas y las instalaciones muy modernas. Pudimos darnos un baño en la piscina y todo!. El acceso súper fácil con el código que te envían ellos el dia anterior a tu llegada junto con sus indicaciones de cómo hacerlo. El trato con la persona de la habitación estupendo. Llegamos a la 1 de la mañana y no teníamos el parking que habíamos reservado disponible porque otro coche se había aparcado sin permiso. Les contacté por watshap y me lo solucionaron al momento a pesar de ser tan tarde. Todo perfecto. Salimos muy contentos de esta estancia en eze beach residence. Recomendado al 100%.

Rooms looked great and very modern. Close to all the great places (Nice, Cannes, Eze, Monaco). Spacious and would definitely stay here again. View of the sea is right outside the building.

Vi tyckte det var ett av de bästa boende på vår resa genom europa, rent och fräscht och personalen var mycket hjälpsam när vi tyckte sängen var för mjuk fick en bättre bäddmadrass. Om vi har vägarna förbi vid nästa resa kommer vi med all sannolikhet boka igen. Tack för våra 4 dagar hos er ❤️❤️
