Check-in was easy, apartment was clean. The couch was not comfortable & cushions were out of shape. As I opened the clothes washer door the smell of soured clothes filled the room, an old shirt was left inside. And there were no English instructions to operate the washer. (the post said the unit had a washer & dryer)
My husband wanted to made coffee and found 2 of 3 coffee cups dirty, & only 3 coffee pods for a week stay for 3 adults. (we called several times for coffee pods)
I immediately phoned to report the problems, someone came in 30 min, took the shirt, left more coffee pods & detergent pods. He helped me operate washing machine, then informed me there was no dryer. We hung clothes outside to dry.
The bathroom showers do not have doors, which is needed!! As you showered, the water went everywhere; we had to use bath towels to mop up the mess & hang them out to dry in order to use next time.
If I had to choose again, I would rent from an individual NOT a management company!!

It was all very nice. Just Greece isn't very well maintained because of people feeding cats everywhere and the government not having or willing to spend the money to maintain all the buildings. That's all the negative things there are to say, the rest was really nice.
