Staff very pleasant ( esp in dining room)…but all helpful. Only downside was acoustics as I could hear conversations etc if people in next suite not good when people are JettLaggeclagged and wide awake when you are trying to sleep.

15 mn à pied de l’embarcadère pour la visite des 5 terres. A 25mns à pied de la gare mais en montée pour y aller et en descente pour en revenir. Hôtel propre avec terrasse sur le toit. Personnel très agréable, petit déjeuner sale/sucre. Il y en a pour tous les goûts : sans lactose, sans gluten, fruits, crudité, charcuterie, œufs brouillés, croissants, pancakes … Le soir balade sur la piazza Giuseppe Verdi. Nous vous conseillons le résilience café comme bar. La spezia est une ville très arborée. En résumé, hôtel parfait si vous choisissez de visiter les 5 terres sous forme de croisière.
