Staff was first rate. It was like a big family. All of the timeshare owners were very friendly. Very clean, great pool and hot tub. Right on the beach

Curb appeal was not very welcoming and they were having electrical issues and the pool was not circulating or heating but they were working on the issues. The overall room cleanliness was very good.

Great and quiet location. Small room and needed updating but was clean. Pool was clean and enjoyed it. The hot tub was cloudy and questionable. The beach location was fantastic and private. If you want to see dolphins and get some shelling in, this is perfect. There are low tide pools when you walk to the left facing the beach. Full fridge and microwave are a plus. Be prepared with ground coffee as there was no K cup in our unit. Easy parking. Publix down the road but you will need to drive to restaurants and be prepared to park valet. We will be visiting again for some R&R.
