The stay was excellent. Very clean, quiet, and safe and close to markets, restaurants and JR station. I would definitely book this place again on my next visit as I have a relative living there just a block away.

The place was quiet, clean, and with all the necessary items (toiletries , dish soap, ETC) at disposition. It is very well located with little shopping stores at the end of the street which was very useful.

The unit is so convenient 4-minutes walk to Sangen Chaya station which is close to major Tokyo areas. It is very clean and comfortable room with quiet area yet so close to stores and restaurants. We had a wonderful stay.

This is a nice 2 bedroom apartment in a good neighborhood next to a school and university with plenty of restaurants to choose from. Access to the balcony is restricted. Beds are comfortable. Pillows are flat. The entire apartment is extremely clean. We would stay here again without question.

Checking in and out was a smooth process. Many local food and clothes shopping options nearby and much less crowded than the main cities. Room was clean and comfy. The toilet was a little small but other than that, everything else was great. Location is also great as it was only a short walk from Sangenjaya station. Highly recommend this place! Very value for money!

Perfect location for visiting Temple University campus. 5 minutes from the train station. Surrounded by great restaurants, grocery, and convenience stores. Terrific apartment style layout with 2 separate bedrooms and relatively large open area with kitchen, dining, and living room.

Great location near shops and good metro line. Good value for money. kitchen could be better stocked with dishes as there was only bowls. Also I found the apt very dark. There was no window in the living area and kitchen. Hence only natural light in bedroom and the curtains were not effective to block light in morning. I would recommend getting a unit where you can open the balcony window for fresh air. We weren’t allowed to open the one window balcony. Also the furniture is very sparse. A bedside table is a must. There was none and the light is very poor in the bedroom and living area. There was no reading light. Simple steps could be taken to add more lighting and a night table would improve the quality of the apt.

Location is unbeatable; about a 5-minute walk to the station, a 1-minute walk to a supermarket, and surrounded by great cafes and restaurants. The unit itself is brand new and spotlessly clean, with plenty of storage space. What really stood out: the kitchen has a gas stove (not electric; a big deal for anyone who actually cooks!), the toilet and bathroom are separate, and the bathroom comes with a built-in drying heater, making it easy to do laundry anytime during your stay. All of this at this price point? Honestly incredible value. The one significant downside was the sewage smell, which was pretty strong. It's unfortunately common in Tokyo properties, but it's worth mentioning. One observation; the building appears to be brand new and may have been purpose-built entirely for short-term rentals. The current rate feels like an introductory price to build up reviews, so I wouldn't be surprised if it goes up significantly down the line. I hope they keep it affordable, because I would absolutely stay here again!!
