These accommodations were perfect for my stay. Basically a studio apartment with a kitchenette and private bath. My only wish is that I had a larger window to open as the sea breeze was amazing, and the kitchenette was a bit cramped near the front door, but I only stayed 1 night and did not need much kitchen space. The location was terrific. Basically it is located in town as well as on the beach - set back behind sand dunes. I would stay again if in the area just for the town and beach access!

Popular place along the coast. Beautiful beach although it was raining and a thunderstorm came through so we couldn’t enjoy it. Only down side was the dirty floor with pet hair.

This was our first time staying in Seaside for our annual family beach trip and I’m so glad we were lucky to find The Tides. The property was beautiful. The kids had a great time. We loved it so much we reserved a unit for our next annual family beach trip. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The rooms were exactly as shown which was fantastic. We appreciated the quiet location and the furnishings and kitchen facilities that were included. It made a relaxing getaway. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. We stayed in room 130 — everything was very clean and well maintained. The room had all the necessary kitchen and bathroom amenities. There is also a grill, beach access, and beautiful views. We had a wonderful time and would definitely come back again!
