O quarto está localizado em uma região próxima de restaurantes, padaria, mercados e até de uma academia. Não é um hotel, e as acomodações estão em um edificio residencial. Para quem tem dificuldades com tecnologia, pode ser um problema pois todo o processo de registro da hospedagem ocorre no site da Charlie, sendo necessário o envio de foto que será cadastrada naentrada biométrica. É a primeira vez que fico na rese Charlie e gostei da experiência. Recomendo a estadia nesta unidade.

Não há suporte de nenhum funcionário do residencial. Não consegui usar o cooktop pois as panelas disponíveis não estão de indução. O criado mudo estava frouxo quase despencando e tinha uma viga do box solta no banheiro. Reportei à plataforma e ninguém respondeu. O ambiente e localização são bem legais, mas sem atendimento humanizado perde todo encantamento e afeta a experiência do cliente.

Único problema foi a portaria. Não cadastrou nossa facial e toda vez tem que acionar eles para liberarem. Ficamos na chuva até eles acharem o cadastro da plataforma. Tem piscina aquecida e descoberta, sauna seca e úmida e academia. Falta um mercado, mas prédio novo e estão ainda ajustando.
