Lovely hotel

Such a great location. Lovely little apartments with a compact but well equipped kitchenette plus a fridge. The beds are so comfortable too. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. I have been back three times and hope to stay again soon.

This is such a lovely hotel to stay at. Our room was so clean and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable. A well stocked kitchenette if you wanted to cook for yourself The hotel was quiet despite seeming to have a lot of guests. Great location not too far from the centre of Lille. If I am in Lille this is where I choose to stay. The staff are helpful and friendly.

Good location, kind staff, quiet neighbourhood

The both ladies at the reception desk were very kind and provided us useful information about area, house rules etc. The room was recently refreshed, comfortable and well designed. Also the location is great, only one station to the "Gare Lille Europe". The area is quiet, good sleep quality.

Close to city centre

Its studio type hotel with kichenette, close to city centre 15-20 mins walk. Quiet area. They will send you text for your code to the main entrance and safe for your key when you arrive late at night as reception closed. Very clean room. Will stay again

Family weekend trip to Lille

Lovely room. Staff was friendly and helpful. There is a microwave, hob and fridge in the kitchen which was useful. Bathroom was clean and spacious. We parked in the hotel’s garage overnight and was able to leave the car until 5pm the next day. The hotel is within a walking distance to the old town and 10mins walk to the Lille Train Station and shopping area.

Top marks for customer service

Great customer service from all staff. Very accommodating and the manager Aurélie went above and beyond and really made sure we were comfortable. We requested fans for the 2 rooms we booked and she immediately found us the fans, even provided free breakfast for the 2 days we were there. I think best service we have received after a very long time

I was charged double. When I booked, I was informed I would have to pay a city tax, which I paid on arrival using a different credit card from the one with which I booked the hotel. I checked my bank account a few days later and saw to my surprise that I'd been charged the tax amount on the original form of payment as well. Now I have to figure out how to get refunded. Otherwise the hotel was okay. Rooms were tiny but clean. Staff was friendly and it was very close to the tramline.

Comfortable, clean, but definitely dated property, which suited our needs very well. We picked this site for its proximity to sites we wanted to visit, plus it had a kitchen and more specifically a fridge, and the walking distance to the Gare Europe. The tub was an added bonus. Pros were proximity, kitchen, tub. Cons were lack of cutting knives, toaster, actual wash cloths (they provided one sponge and one tea towel) and no vacuum or broom. They only come in and do up your room if you stay a week or more. The bedroom and bathroom were upstairs from the living room, so beware of steep stairs. Unfortunately, no one at check in informed us of how the French on demand hot water tanks work, so we ran out of hot water the first day, but that was rectified quickly. It’s good for the price.

Pictures not accurate at all

We had to ask a local in a cafe for directions as the address is not recognised by our GOS or Google - he drove in his car while we followed. On arrival we were told that the parking facility was full even though we had emailed to request parking. On opening the door to our "apartment" it smelt of old cigarette smoke. Rom was very small, bed very small for two, bathroom was a bit shabby. Only one bedside table and plugs are right in the corners of the room so made charging devices a bit difficult. The images advertised show contemporary, bright rooms but do not in any way reflect what you are getting. No air conditioning, so had to have balcony door open which meant getting bitten by mosquitoes and hearing traffic at night. Bed comfortable but odd, lumpy pillows. Room was not cleaned once in our 3 night stay. Lift out of order at various times of the day, as we were on the 7th floor and I had a knee injury it was very inconvenient. Easy to get to central Lille by tram - only two stops away. We took our bikes but got lost and even the local people did not recognise the address on the map provided by staff as it was inaccurate. Sadly would not recommend. The staff were very helpful and accommodating which was the only good thing about our stay.

Très bon séjour (1 nuit), il y avait un ventilateur dans la chambre ce qui était appréciable car il commençait à faire chaud dehors. Petit paquet de bonbons de bienvenue, mise à disposition d’un fer à repasser, petit déjeuner varié et globalement bon... je reviendrai avec plaisir. Le quartier n’est pas très engageant (grandes barres d'immeubles) mais c’est un quartier calme à 2 stations de tram de la gare et à 15-20 min à pied du centre -ville. Très bonne localisation donc.
