Appartamentino quasi elegante, con solo piccoli dettagli da sistemare (porta d'ingresso dura, maniglia della porta scorrevole, condizionatori e estrattori automatici un po' rumorosi e luminosi, cuscini un po' alti). Nessuna vista esterna utile a riposare lo sguardo, di fatto per lavorare al computer ci si tappa dentro, ma niente di grave, in compenso ho trovato comode le sedie lavorando al computer a tempo pieno per alcuni giorni. WiFi che mi è sembrato avere qualche difficoltà a "risolvere i domini", ma una volta che si è su un sito non mi è parso avere problemi, neanche per le videochiamate. Per la rumorosità dell'aria condizionata ho risolto accendendo quella della stanza in cui NON ero. Cucina fornita, manca solo uno scolapasta. Posizione comoda per la sede di Como dell'Università dell'Insubria. In generale "good value for money"
