Excellent place, a little quieter than others, great AC, terrible WiFi and the hot water was at times unreliable but the location and bigger fridge and other amenities will have us staying here again!

The room was nice but it was a bit dirty and neglected. There was a smell coming from the drain. The AC didnt work. Great location for everything at walking distance. So many places to eat and very centralized. Would stay here again.

I payed for a room in this place, but whe. I arrived, the person in the front desk said that he didn't have access to my reservation information and he didn't give me a room. I had to walk under the rain with my luggage looking for a place to stay, even though my reservation was fully paid. It's been one week and I haven't received my refund

The room was great, very nice location but, there was a terrible stench in the sewer. We stayed there for 3 nights 4 days, first night was ok, the second night the odor was worse that I even approached the housecleaning staff to ask for some kind of deodorant or something to go the smell go away, oh and we did not have hot water, I was able to shower with a bit of hot water but my husband got all the cold water after me. The third day was the worst in regards of the smell we just wanted out, we were placed in one of the rooms facing the front right above the restaurants and not even the noise bothered us as much as the smell did. Everything else was good except for that.

Cuando llegué (late check in) 8pm. Front desk bien. Dimensiones y amenidades de la habitación muy bien. La barra estaba sucia de grasa y habia restos de arroz frito. El refrigerador estaba asqueroso y lo reporte en ese momento y me contestaron que al siguiente dia pasarían sin falta (llegué un viernes) lo reporte todos los días y nunca fueron. La limpieza de la habitación, el refrigerador y cambio de la ropa de cama lo hicieron hasta la última noche (en ese momento yo habia decidido pasar la última noche en otro lugar y así lo hice) hice check out una noche antes por el tema de limpieza. Soy chef de hoteles de 5 estrellas, 4 diamantes y AAA desde hace mas de 20 años. Decidí quedarme con ustedes por la cercanía a los temas de visita a la ciudad. Si es muy triste que teniendo tan buena ubicación y cuartos muy coquetos, descuiden el tema de limpieza. Entiendo perfectamente las camotizas, limpiezas en back to back pero lo que me sucedió no es aceptable ni negociable. Lo único que pedía era la limpieza bien hecha y solo ocurrió el ultimo dia y fue limpieza 7 de 10.

Miguel and Raul are awesome! The restaurant next door is amazing for authentic Mexican breakfast and the coffee is wonderful! The area is loud and busy all day and night. The bar next door is open all night and has live music. Bring earplugs or a white noise machine if you wanna get decent sleep.

En general todo muy bien. El check-in fue un poco confuso, ya que tienes que marcar a un número, pero resolvieron rápido. La limpieza de la habitación no fue excelente, pero tampoco algo incómodo o difícil de soportar, sólo el suelo estaba un poco manchado de polvo. También me hubiera gustado que hubiera agua caliente en la regadera ya que me tocó un día nublado y lluvioso y el clima estaba algo fresco en Guadalajara, aunque el clima de la ciudad es muy caliente por lo regular. En general bien, buena relación calidad-precio y muy buena ubicación, principalmente si buscas asistir a conciertos en el C3 Stage, que se encuentra sólo a cuatro cuadras de Rau Departamentos. Sí volvería a hospedarme aquí.

PÉSIMA actitud de servicio del señor que tienen en recepción 😡 te responde de mala manera. Tenían bolsas de basura en el elevador y APESTABA, ahí tuvieron la basura un buen rato. En la habitación, no sirvió el aire acondicionado, nos bajaron a otra que no tenía las camas suficientes, no había sábanas limpias y no había agua caliente. Pegada a un bar que se escuchaba toda la fiesta, música y gritos hasta las 2 am. TERRIBLE LA EXPERIENCIA, se pagó por un servicio de calidad y resultó muy mal. Ni para ofrecer disculpas, ni reembolso por la habitación.

La cocina ni ganas de usarla, con cucarachas y la estufa super mal, desde la llegada el aire acondicionado no funcionó y ni siquiera intentos por llamar a su tecnico a repararlo, no agua caliente, no lo recomiendo pero para nada, nada que ver con lo que publican de ahi, conviene prinero verificar las habitaciones antes de pagar

Me gustó la atención del personal Pero cuando a las 3 pm La habitación estaba súper sucia y tuve que esperar un buen de rato hasta que estuviera limpia,al parecer las sabanas no me las cambiaron porque estaban todas manchadas Las copas estaban llenas de labial.
