오래된 서비스 아파트. 하지만 매일 청소해주고, 관리한다. 가격대비 훌륭. 문을 11시쯤 닫기 때문에 늦은 출입시 벨을 눌러야 하는데, 할아버지를 깨워야 해서 미안해서 늦은 외출이 어렵다는 점이 유일한 단점.
