The apartment itself was fine . The issue was the noise we experienced from early morning to 8pm right outside our door. When we enquired about it stopping we were told it’s the law they can work until 8pm. Have stayed in a number of Grano apartments in Gdańsk. This was the worst primarily the building is having work done it is not finished. On looking at finer detail in our booking we were advised there would be work in an adjacent building not outside our door. There were wires and equipment left outside our door throughout the day. We did speak to reception at hotel but were dismissed with the comment you were informed prior to our stay (incorrect).

When we arrived at the address listed on Expedia, there was no reception. When opened the app there was an information saying hotel would send check in instructions 24h prior check in time. Never received this. We called the hotel and the member of staff told us they could not send an email with instructions because we did not book directly with them, they tried to give instructions over the phone. We finally arrived at the main hotel which is a 5 minutes walking from the apartments and we checked in. The member of staff was very nice and told us they did not have parking available. The apartment was very clean. We had to go back to main hotel because we saw no bedding or towel for the child in our booking. Back at the hotel reception a different member of staff called Oksana made sure she was very rude telling us that the bedding is inside the sofa bed and this is not like a hotel where things will just be ready. I have no problem making my child’s bed, but I cannot guess that bedding will be inside a small sofa bed. We were told we could use the pool, but not have an access card for it because our stay was in the apartment 5 minutes away so reception had to activate the lift. We then saw that they actually have parking, but not for people who stay on their apartments just in the main hotel. People who stay in the apartments must pay to use towels for the pool, people in the main hotel can use for free. Very distinctive treatment to their guests.

Maybe the coldest hotel room/apartment in all of Eastern Europe. First night no heat but we were just going to sleep and the covers were warm enough as to not freeze. I told them that the heat was not working the next morning and the assured me they would send someone to turn it on. Was out all day expecting to come back to a warm apartment but instead got an apartment with no running water.. call again. They finally send someone to fix it and heat was coming from the radiators. But even with the heaters on max with a frozen apartment the temperature never went about 15c. In addition the beds were very hard, no dimmable lights, dust everywhere in the hallways, noisy construction still going on in the floors above made it horrible to stay. Staff were friendly and apologized but in the end I feel like these new apartments although nice was not worth it. Majority of the time was spent exploring Gdansk as we wanted to stay as little in this cold room as possible.

Bra läge av lägenheten. Frächt,nytt och rymligt. Gäller att läsa dock att incheckningen sker till deras hotell då lägenheterna inte har någon reception. Rekommenderar dock inte att bo där under vardag då det pågår renovering intill. Högt borrande ljud så du behöver prata högt/skrika för att hålla en konversation. Ringde till hotellet om att vi inte hade fått info om det. Receptionisten sa att detta står vid bokning. Nere vid "policy" hittade jag texten. Borde informeras även vid incheckning då jag inte tror alla vet om det. Förutom renoveringen intill var vi nöjda med boendet.

Aamiaisesta ei mainittu sanallakaan. Tuntui, että vastaanottovirkailijalla oli kiire päästä meistä eroon, hätäisesti selitti, miten huoneistooon pääsee sisään ja löi kartan käteen. Takanamme oli jonoa, mutta siitä huolimatta hänen olisi tullut kertoa meille paremmin. Emme löytäneet kartan ohjeen mukaan huoneistoa eikä sitä ollut merkitty mitenkään talon sisäänkäyntiin. Kaksi tuntia harhailtuamme ja neljästi ohjeita paikallisilta kysyttyämme palasimme hotellille ja virkailija johdatti meidät oikeaan osoitteeseen. Olimme käyneet siellä jo oven takana, mutta emme saaneet avaimella lukkoa auki.

Lokasjonen er svært bra, og rommet er veldig pent oppusset. Det som trekker ned er at det var svært mye støy fra oppussing fra klokken 08 på morgenen, til opp til klokken 21. Borring i vegger som var så intens at en knapt kunne høre seg selv tenke. Heldigvis er man for det meste ute på dagen. Men ødela for frokost og lunsj som en ønsket å spise i leiligheten. Bassenget var og litt for lite tilgjengelig, da det ligger i hovedbygget 300 meter unna, og en må booke tid. Flere ganger når en ønsket å booke var det fullt, og det å ringe for å booke var svært vanskelig når en ikke prater polsk, ettersom den automatiske stemmen kun sier alt på polsk og ikke engelsk.

Total katastrof. Välj boendet om ni är morgonpigga och inte ska vara där. så högt buller som börjar vid 08 varje dag. ljudnivå så hög att du kan inte ha en dialog med någon i lägenheten utan att skrika. Välj annat boende.

Fantastiskt boende med bästa läget! Väldigt rent och fräscht och sköna sängar. Välutrustat kök med tvättmaskin som bonus! Väldigt tyst och lugnt. Och väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam personal på Grano hotel vid incheckning och under vistelse.

Fint hotellrom. Resepsjonen ligger noen 200-300 meter fra der hvor man går inn til leilighet. Burde vært bedre informasjon om at det ikke er et tradisjonelt hotell, men vanlige leiligheter i et leilighetskompleks

Negativt: Vanskelig å finne frem til leilighetsinngangen. Heisen til rommet så ut som byggeheis. Sovesofa i stuen var veldig hard å ligge på. Positivt: Perfekt lokasjon. Veldig rent og pent i leiligheten. Fordel med kjøleskap. Kunne med fordel kommet tydeligere frem at leiligheten ligger et lite stykke fra hotellet hvor du sjekker inn.

Fine rom. Bra beliggenhet. Var arbeid i bygården, så noe drilling- og sagelyder på morgenen, men heldig for oss ikke for sjenerende. Frokost på nærliggende Bistro Młyn, dessverre var det lang kø for å komme inn så fikk kun utnyttet den èn gang.
