I am extremely disappointed with our experience at this property. Shortly after accessing the unit, we discovered a severe pest infestation, including both bed bugs and cockroaches. ​Due to these unhygienic and unsafe conditions, staying there was completely impossible. We immediately reached out to the host/property management through the Expedia app and by phone to report the issue. After receiving no immediate resolution, we had no choice but to check out and leave. ​To make matters worse, they refused to approve a refund despite failing to provide a clean and safe environment. Expedia’s support only offered a minimal $50 credit, which is completely unacceptable for a major health hazard. ​Save yourself the headache and health risks—do not book this property.

I loved it everything was clean close to so many cafes it was quite safe clean the staff was so nice!!!! Friendly and very helpful!!! I will honestly stay here every single time I come to Tulum it was so easy hassle free and honestly it’s the perfect getaway

Excelente propiedad, perfectamente limpia, tranquila y recién remodelada. Tuve un inconveniente mínimo con el microondas y me dieron un upgrade a un departamento con terraza y alberca.
